Accessibility and performance are on each school procurement checklist, so here is the conformance statement, the method behind it, and the measurements.
Conformance.
StandardWCAG 2.2, Level AA. Tested against the 2.0 A/AA, 2.1 A/AA and 2.2 AA rule sets.
ScopeAll 21 pages of this website, including the 404. The Kestrel product is assessed separately.
MethodAutomated testing with axe-core 4.13.0 against the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 A and AA rules, including colour contrast and target size, run against each page at 375 px and 1280 px. Self-assessed.
ResultZero violations on any page, at either width.

We claim throughout this site that Kestrel was built recently and built carefully. The site itself should be the evidence for that.
Lighthouse100 for accessibility, best practices and SEO on all 20 indexed pages, and 100 for performance on 19 of them, desktop preset; the films page scores 99. On the mobile preset, which throttles to a slow 4G connection and a slow CPU, the home page scores 93 for performance. Measured with Lighthouse 13.5.0.
SpeedFirst contentful paint 0.4 s on desktop, 2.0 s on throttled mobile. Total blocking time 0 ms. Cumulative layout shift 0, so nothing moves as the page loads.
Page weightEach page transfers between 228 KB and 586 KB, fonts and images included, and the largest HTML file is 37 KB. The films download only when played.
JavaScriptAbout 9 KB across three small files, no framework, no build step. Each page renders and reads correctly with JavaScript turned off.
Third partiesNone. The fonts are served from this site, and it runs without analytics, tag managers, trackers or cookies, so it needs no consent banner.
MotionNo scroll animation. prefers-reduced-motion is honoured for the transitions that do exist.
