How Kestrel is priced.
One price for your school, set by its size, with everything included. Here is how it works.
One price, set by your school’s size.
Your price comes from your census headcount, in bands of 250 students, and is quoted for your school. It is checked against your headcount once a year, and you hear about any change before it applies.
Everything included.
Every module, every campus, the connections to the systems you already run, and support. Your own people change your forms and settings, so there is no charge for that.
Start with admissions, if you like.
Admissions can be used on its own beside your current system. It is quoted for your size of school, and it is included in Kestrel when you move.
A one-off implementation project.
Moving to Kestrel is a single implementation project. Migration, rehearsals and training are part of it. Starting with admissions has a small one-off setup of its own.
Billed monthly, with no lock-in.
Kestrel is billed monthly and continues month to month. There is no lock-in and no transaction fees. If your school prefers a fixed term, we will agree one with you.

Yes. If your school wants a fixed term, we will agree one with you.
